You'll be at the heart of a Community Partnership School, coordinating innovative before-school, after-school, summer, enrichment, and recreational programs that help children learn, grow, and thrive.

🎨 Coordinate an art or STEM enrichment program

📚 Partner with teachers and community organizations to create learning opportunities

🤝 Recruit volunteers who want to give back

🎯 Organize engaging activities that keep students involved and excited

🚍 Coordinate transportation and program logistics

📈 Track attendance, outcomes, and success stories

🎉 Plan special events that bring families, schools, and communities together

• Are highly organized and detail-oriented

• High School Diploma or GED


• Valid Florida Driver's License (within 30 days of hire)


• Reliable transportation


• One year of experience in a school, youth-serving organization, or community setting

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, or related field


• Experience leading or coordinating youth programs


• Experience creating positive learning environments
