Experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner

RN Esthetics is growing again, and we're excited to be opening our fourth location in the Boston area.

We're looking for an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, achieving natural results, and being part of a supportive, collaborative team.

• Has 2+ years of experience performing aesthetic injectables
• Has experience with aesthetic laser treatments and medical-grade skincare
• Is passionate about continuing education and evidence-based practice
• Prioritizes patient safety and natural-looking results

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver injectable and laser treatments within your scope of practice and training
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and long-term maintenance
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and photography
• Provide exceptional follow-up care and patient communication
• Collaborate closely with our team to deliver an outstanding patient experience
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and clinical mentorship

• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum 2 years of aesthetic experience in a medical aesthetics
• Proficiency in cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Experience with aesthetic laser treatments, skincare consultations, and treatment planning preferred
• Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional documentation and organizational skills
• Professional, polished, and compassionate bedside manner
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient safety
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education, training, and team meetings
• Full-time availability, 30+ hours per week including evenings and Saturdays
