Jones Ford Buick GMC is looking for an experienced Automotive F&I Manager to join our Casa Grande team.

We’re seeking a proven F&I professional who can confidently structure deals, work with lenders, present protection products, maintain compliance, and maximize both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Guide customers through the complete financing process
  
• Structure deals and analyze credit applications
  
• Present financing options, warranties, GAP, and protection products
  
• Work directly with lenders to secure approvals
  
• Ensure all deals are accurate and compliant
  
• Maintain strong CSI and customer relationships
  
• Maximize F&I profitability while providing a transparent customer experience
  
• Utilize CDK and other dealership systems
  
• Maintain compliance with TILA and other applicable finance regulations
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven F&I Manager experience in an automotive dealership
  
• Strong understanding of automotive financing and credit
  
• Experience structuring and closing deals
  
• Strong lender and bank relationships preferred
  
• Proven ability to present and sell F&I products
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
• Strong knowledge of finance compliance and regulations
  
• CDK experience preferred
  
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
