Experienced Automotive Sales Associate

Position Summary

Jim Shorkey Auto Group is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping customers, enjoy building relationships, and have a proven track record in automotive sales, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process. 
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. 
• Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations. 
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best vehicle and financing options. 
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects using CRM tools. 
• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentives. 
• Work closely with the finance and management teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. 
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals. 
• Participate in dealership and community events when needed.

 Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. 
• Excellent customer service skills. 
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule. 
• Comfortable using computers and CRM software. 
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
