Your Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and deliver an outstanding buying experience


• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs


• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline


• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals


• Maintain product knowledge and provide professional, transparent service

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive sales experience required


• Proven record of success in vehicle sales


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented


• Professional appearance and strong work ethic


• Valid driver's license

$10,000 Signing Bonus Details

Qualified candidates are eligible to earn a $10,000 signing bonus, paid in three equal monthly installments over the first 90 days of employment.

To receive each monthly installment, the Sales Consultant must deliver a minimum of 15 retail units during that month and remain actively employed in good standing. Each monthly payment is contingent upon meeting the monthly unit delivery requirement, allowing successful candidates to earn the full $10,000 within their first 90 days.
