We're looking for proven automotive sales professionals who know how to build relationships, work leads, follow up consistently, present vehicles professionally, and close deals.

You'll have the opportunity to represent the highly respected Cadillac, Buick, and GMC brands while working with a strong customer base, Internet leads, showroom traffic, and an established dealership team.

Previous automotive dealership sales experience is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the vehicle purchase process while delivering a professional, personalized experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with showroom customers, Internet leads, phone inquiries, and referrals
  

• Sell new Cadillac, Buick, and GMC vehicles
  

• Build rapport and identify customer needs
  

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, walk-arounds, and test drives
  

• Present vehicle features, pricing, trade values, financing, and ownership options
  

• Respond promptly and professionally to Internet and phone leads
  

• Prospect consistently and follow up with customers and unsold opportunities
  

• Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  

• Maintain accurate customer activity and follow-up in the CRM
  

• Work closely with Finance and Sales Management throughout the sales process
  

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery
  

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous automotive dealership sales experience is REQUIRED.

We're looking for sales professionals who are:

• Experienced in automotive dealership sales

• Comfortable working Internet leads and CRM systems
  

• Strong communicators and confident closers
  

• Skilled at prospecting and follow-up

Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership sales experience required.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership sales experience
  

• Previous vehicle sales experience required
  

• Proven sales performance preferred
  

• Valid driver's license
  

• Professional appearance and demeanor
  

• Strong communication and customer service skills
  

• Ability to work a dealership schedule, including weekends
