Competitive Flat-Rate Pay: $28–$50 per flat-rate hour, based on experience, certifications, manufacturer training, and skill level

Diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles efficiently and accurately
Perform repairs according to repair orders, manufacturer procedures, and dealership standards
Diagnose electrical, drivability, mechanical, and performance concerns using appropriate diagnostic equipment
Complete thorough digital multi-point inspections with clear notes, photos, and videos
Communicate inspection findings and repair recommendations clearly with Service Advisors
Perform warranty and recall repairs according to manufacturer requirements
Review technical service information, service manuals, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer bulletins as needed
Test drive vehicles to verify customer concerns and confirm completed repairs
Properly document diagnostic findings, causes, and corrections on repair orders
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
Work with advisors, parts personnel, and other technicians to maintain an efficient workflow
Complete manufacturer and dealership training as required
Previous professional automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
Ability to perform repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Comfortable using computers, scan tools, digital inspections, and manufacturer service information
Strong communication and documentation skills
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Must provide a basic set of automotive hand tools
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical duties associated with automotive repair
Nissan or Mitsubishi experience and factory certifications are preferred, but technicians with strong experience from other manufacturers are encouraged to apply.
ASE Certifications
Nissan or Mitsubishi factory training
Master Technician or Master ASE certification
Previous dealership experience
Advanced electrical diagnosis
Drivability and engine-performance diagnosis
Engine and transmission repair experience
ADAS, hybrid, or EV experience
Strong warranty-repair documentation skills
