What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred


• Dealership experience preferred


• Toyota or other manufacturer experience is a plus


• ASE certifications preferred


• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills


• Ability to perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately


• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record


• Strong work ethic and attention to detail


• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment


• Commitment to quality workmanship and fixing vehicles right the first time

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles


• Perform routine maintenance and complex mechanical repairs


• Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards


• Accurately document diagnoses, repairs, and services performed


• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts personnel


• Maintain an organized and professional work area


• Follow dealership safety and quality standards


• Treat every customer's vehicle with care and respect
