Eastern North Carolina is growing, and so is Pecheles Automotive. We are seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our Ford and Toyota service teams in Washington, NC.

Closed Saturdays & Sundays
Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify issues.
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines.
Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Successfully complete all assigned Ford and Toyota brand training and career development programs.
3–5 Years of Automotive Technician Experience Preferred
Ford, Toyota, or Previous Dealership Experience Preferred
ASE Certifications Preferred (Not Required)
NC State Inspection License Preferred
Strong Diagnostic and Repair Skills
Ability to Work Effectively in a Team Environment
Clean and Valid Driver's License
Willingness to Submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
Excellent Attendance and Punctuality
Strong Work Ethic and Desire for Continuous Learning
