Experienced Bartender

This Bartender Apprentice position is intended to go to Full Time after a week for the right Experienced Bartender. Do people applaud when you muddle the fruit & bitters to make an Old Fashioned? Do you make a Martini so good that there is a line to get into where you are a bartender? Do you also have the ability to wait on tables so well that people think you're a rockstar? Main Responsibilities of a Bartender:

● Taking and serving orders

● Preparing beverages for customers

● Recommending beverages based on bar customers' needs and preferences

Bartender Job Description:

Making beverage recommendations based on the needs and preferences of bar customers is a crucial factor for improving the guest drinking experience and our bar's profitability. Communicating with guests professionally and friendly is essential for an excellent customer experience.

A good job candidate must be able to perfectly prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which includes mixing ingredients to prepare classic and innovative cocktails. They also need to keep the bar clean and well-organized and ensure it is always fully stocked.

Responsibilities of a Bartender:

● Taking orders and serving drinks and snacks to bar customers

● Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

● Mixing classic and innovative cocktails

● Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner

● Nurturing customers to provide an exceptional guest experience

● Making menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences

● Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized

● Checking customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age

Bartender Job Requirements:

● Experience as a bartender

● Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages

● A bartending certificate is a plus

● Basic computer and math skills

● Strong teamwork and communication skills

● Professional and cheerful disposition

● Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized

● Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
