EXPERIENCED CAPTAIN & CHEF/MATE COUPLE – PRIVATE 20M SAILING CATAMARAN | SOUTH AFRICA / MOZAMBIQUE

We are seeking an exceptional, established Captain & Chef/Mate couple to take full operational and hospitality responsibility for a privately owned 20m sailing catamaran. This is not a junior or green position — applicants must have a minimum of 2 years working together on a similar-sized vessel and be completely self-sufficient, highly professional and meticulous in their approach to yacht care, preventative maintenance, engineering, planning and guest experience. The owners are a very kind private family and are looking for a couple who can take a thorough handover, then run with it — anticipating needs, creating memorable experiences, building genuine relationships and maintaining the yacht to an exceptional standard without needing to be told what to do. Discretion, initiative, polished presentation, strong teamwork and a genuine no-task-too-small attitude are essential. Management support is provided for financial and compliance matters. Private use, competitive salary, South Africa/Mozambique and beyond this winter. Available early November 2026.
