Are you a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a rewarding career where you can make a meaningful difference every day? Freedom Home Care is seeking dependable, caring CNAs to provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors and individuals who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Available Shifts

• Days


• Weekend Rotation 


• Part-Time with opportunities to grow into a Full-Time position

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Provide companionship and emotional support


• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety needs


• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed


• Perform light housekeeping and laundry


• Provide medication reminders


• Complete accurate care documentation


• Observe and report changes in client condition


• Follow each client's individualized care plan

Requirements

• Current Minnesota CNA certification or previous CNA certification with related caregiving experience
  
  
  
  • Valid driver's license
  
  
  • Reliable vehicle of your own
  
  
  • Current auto insurance
  
  
  • Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
  
  
  • Ability to work morning and/or evening shifts
  
  
  • Availability for an every-other-weekend rotation
  
  
  • Dependable and professional communication
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  CNA, PCA, HHA, assisted living, group home, or other professional caregiving experience is a plus.

  
  

  Personal experience caring for a family member alone does not qualify as professional caregiving experience for this position.
