CDL-A Team Company Drivers Needed – High Paying Opportunity

Up to $1.02 Per Loaded Mile | Weekly Guaranteed Minimum | Excellent Benefits

We are currently hiring CDL-A Team Company Drivers for a high-paying OTR opportunity with guaranteed weekly minimum pay, strong mileage rates, retention bonuses, and newer Freightliner equipment.

Pay & Mileage
• $0.85 per loaded mile
• $0.80 per empty mile
• Additional $0.17 per mile per diem pay
• Total effective pay:

• $1.02 per loaded mile

• $0.97 per empty mile

• Consistent OTR freight
• Teams stay out 3 weeks with option to return home for 1 week

Equipment
• Freightliner trucks
• ThermoKing APU
• 2000W inverter
• 72” sleeper
• Trucks governed at 68 MPH

Driver Retention Bonus Program (Split Between Drivers)
1-Year Program Total: $7,250
2-Year Program Total: $19,000

Driver Requirements
• Hazmat endorsement required
• Pre-made teams only
• Minimum 2 years of OTR experience
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
• No felonies
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be able to obtain DoD Security Clearance (company assists and pays for the process)
• No reckless/careless driving citations and no more than 3 moving violations within the last 5 years
• No more than 2 accidents within the last 5 years
• Zero-tolerance DUI policy – any DUI is disqualifying
