Job Description - Experienced, Flexible Nanny

Join Our Nanny and Sitter Team!
Location: Southeastern Michigan (Ann Arbor, Canton, Northville, and surrounding areas)
Start: Ready when you are
Schedule: Full-Time
Children: Caring for 1–4 children (infants through school-age)

Provide safe, engaging, and high-quality care for children of all ages in homes, in child centers and at events
Adapt quickly to new environments, routines, and children’s needs
Build strong, positive connections with children and clients
Communicate clearly and confidently about each shift
Show up reliable, professional, and ready to go

Availability Requirements:

Full-Time (Guaranteed Hours*): Monday–Friday availability between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekend Availability: Must be available at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Must be comfortable commuting up to 45 minutes to care within the greater Southeastern Michigan area
