Experienced Dozer Operator

Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Weekends: Most Saturdays required
Pay: $18–$20/hour to start, up to $25/hour based on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator with strong dozer experience to join our client's team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will be confident operating a standard dozer and able to get in the machine and begin working with no instruction. This is a hands-on position for an experienced operator who understands equipment operation, works safely, and can be productive independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate a standard dozer safely and efficiently
• Perform grading and other equipment operations as assigned
• Conduct basic equipment checks and report any issues
• Follow jobsite safety procedures and instructions
• Maintain a productive work pace throughout the day
• Assist with other jobsite duties as needed

• Previous dozer operating experience required
• Must be able to confidently operate a regular dozer independently
• Dependable and willing to work most Saturdays
• Ability to follow directions and work safely
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dozer cab is not air conditioned

This is a temp-to-hire position with benefits upon full-time hire.
