$17.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience

Green Coyote Cantina is bringing bold Tex-Mex flavors, handcrafted margaritas, and genuine hospitality to East Cobb, and we're looking for experienced Line Cooks to join our Back of House team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and specifications.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Set up and stock your station before each shift.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Health Department standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Properly rotate and store food products using FIFO procedures.
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as assigned.
• Help maintain a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• An experienced Line Cook with at least 2 years of high-volume restaurant experience.
• Passionate about preparing fresh, high-quality Tex-Mex cuisine.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable working grill, sauté, fry, or other stations as needed.
• A strong communicator who works well with others.
• Committed to cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
