EXPERIENCED A-LEVEL TECHNICIANS WANTED

Willis Infiniti is looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing service team in Des Moines.

We're looking for a technician who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles independently and is comfortable handling complex electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and diagnostic concerns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Infiniti vehicles
  

• Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, HVAC, suspension, steering, and brake concerns
  

• Perform customer-pay and warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
  

• Use factory diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
  

• Accurately diagnose concerns before beginning repairs
  

• Perform thorough multi-point inspections
  

• Document findings and repair recommendations
  

• Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship
  

• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and management
  

• Follow dealership safety, quality, and repair procedures
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
  

• Strong A-Level diagnostic and repair experience
  

• Previous Infiniti, Nissan, or luxury import experience preferred
  

• Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
  

• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently
  

• ASE Certifications preferred
  

• Infiniti/Nissan factory certifications a plus
  

• Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems
  

• Ability to efficiently diagnose complex repair concerns
  

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
