• Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records and documentation.


• Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing any client or caregiver concerns promptly.


• Collaborate with the care management team to support patient care plans and ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical skilled home care scheduling and intake.


• Proficiency in using Kinser scheduling software.


• Familiarity with Careport platform for client intake and data management.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
