Experienced Mobile Fleet Mechanic (Light/Medium Duty Truck)

Ground Logistics is seeking an experienced Mobile Fleet Mechanic to maintain the safety, reliability, and performance of our light and medium-duty fleet. As a FedEx contractor operating over 200 step vans, box trucks, this role is critical to minimizing downtime and ensuring our vehicles remain road-ready.

• Home Base Location: Morgantown, WV


• Starting Pay: $1,400/week


• Schedule: Full-time

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake pads, and filter replacements


• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, like replacement of lights, locks, etc.


• Conduct regular inspections of all vehicles


• Utilize tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and fix vehicle problems

Requirements:

• Proven experience servicing light and medium-duty trucks


• Strong working knowledge of automotive tools and repair techniques


• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues independently


• Willingness to undergo a background check
