Our eyewear boutique located in beautiful Lake Oswego needs an outstanding, compassionate person with a strong customer service background and desire to deliver a personalized and memorable customer experience. You must absolutely love working with people and be genuinely positive and enthusiastic. We will train the necessary eyewear and design skills if you are eager and passionate about helping others realize the best version of themselves.

Responsibilities and Duties

What you'll do:

• Obsess about creating an engaging, fun experience for everyone who walks through the door 
• Make customers feel as guests in our home
• Ensure flawless accuracy in taking and recording measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewear, and execution of all other details as needed
• Verify that finished eyewear meets the highest optical standards and clients' requirements / requests
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, make follow-up calls
• Collect payment from customers; enter details into computer

• Great at communicating clearly and effectively in person, on the phone, and online. People should love speaking to you over the phone because your joyful attitude is contagious
