Key Responsibilities:

-Contribute to the growth of CMA's Hyundai of Lynchburg 

-Create strong customer relationships based on personalized service

-Establish & maintain strong relationships with technicians 

-Exceed OEM standards for CSI

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build relationships and foster a positive customer experience.

- Proficiency in using Dealer Management Software technology. (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds etc)

- A positive attitude and a willingness to grow and help others develop.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary:

-Salary plus commission.  Range is $40k - $75k based on experience and skill level.

Requirements

 Education and/or Experience

· 1-2 years dealership service experience required - Hyundai / Kia experienced preferred.

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

· Valid Driver's License - Good Driving Record
