Job Description - Experienced Service Advisor - Quick Service

Quick Service Lane Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Quick Service team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in the Quick Service Drive Lane while ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous service

Take ownership of the customer experience from check-in to delivery

Provide excellent communication and concierge-level support for customer inquiries in person and over the phone

Effectively manage and sell technicians’ time to maximize lane efficiency

Work closely with technicians and fellow advisors in a fast-paced environment

Maintain accurate repair orders and communication throughout the service process

Qualifications

Previous Service Advisor experience required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Organized, professional, and team-oriented

Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

Professional appearance

Clean driving record

Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
