Experienced SP Therapist Homecare

Join University Home Care Inc as an Experienced SP Therapist Homecare, providing exceptional speech therapy services in patients' homes in Southeast MI Regional area. Must have Kinnser experience.  This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individual patient outcomes while enjoying competitive compensation ranging from $70.00 to $80.00 per visit,  paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans for patients in their homes.


• Provide direct patient care to help improve communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.


• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with company and regulatory standards.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure holistic care.


• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based approaches in speech therapy.


• Travel to patient homes within the Livonia, MI area to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

• Valid Speech Pathologist license and relevant certifications.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a homecare setting.


• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Southeast MI Region.


• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
