Experienced Team Member: Full Time

The Salad Station is seeking ONE (1) full-time, experienced Team Member with a strong background in food prep, excellent knife skills, and a natural ability to guide others. We are looking for a reliable professional who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is looking for a role with room to grow.

Must be over 18 with reliable personal transportation and 2+ years of food service experience.

Job Type: Full Time (30-39 hours) | REQUIRED availability 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon - Sat

Responsibilities & Expectations

The Salad Station is a quick-service, self-serve gourmet salad restaurant with a fun, fast-paced work environment. Our family works together to uphold our motto of "Fresh, Full, Clean, Kind."

In this role, you will be a key player in our daily operations. You will:

- Set the Pace: Assist with opening the restaurant, preparing catering orders, and ensuring the line is perfectly prepped and ready for the day.

- Lead by Example: Maintain the high standards of "Fresh, Full, Clean, Kind" during peak lunch rushes, guiding newer team members through questions or busy moments.

- Master All Stations: Prepare fresh ingredients, greet guests, build wraps, handle cash/credit transactions, and maintain a spotless dining room and kitchen.

- Take Ownership: Keep an eye on inventory, food safety, and overall team energy to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements & Skills

- Proven Experience: 2+ years of food service experience with a strong foundation in restaurant operations.

- Top-Tier Prep Skills: Excellent knife skills and the ability to handle volume efficiently.

- Natural Leadership Traits: A strong work ethic, exceptional consistency, and a problem-solving mindset.

- Team-First Attitude: Must be kind, considerate, and passionate about helping others succeed.

- Physical Ability: Able to climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Must be 18 years or older with a cheerful, high-energy attitude.
