Expo

This position is in charge of our Pizza Oven. Individuals must be able to identify all pizzas as they are placed in oven by the Pizza Chef, and are responsible for the correct cooking of each item. This position is also responsible for the cutting and plating or boxing of all pizza orders made in the restaurant.

Expo Responsibilities:

• Bake a wide variety of pizza doughs, including thin crust, thick crust.
• Baking calzones, garlic knots and pizza rolls.
• Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment.

Requirements for Expo:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for multi-tasking.
• Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.
