Export Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Work closely with Division Sales Manager(s) to understand product mix for export marketing.


• Work closely with plant management day to day for best service practices to customers.


• Resolve problems concerning customer issues, transportation, and logistics systems.


• Conduct customer negotiations to enhance supply chain efficiency.

• Execute given specific customer requirements for packaging and service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of experience (min. 5 years) in Poultry Industry.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to work within dynamic sales team.


• Detail oriented, self-motivated, multi-tasker.


• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.


• Manage a team consisting of Sales Representatives and CSR.

Travel Required: 20%
