Express Advisor

Job Summary:
The Express Advisor at Patriot CDJR Pryor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the service department. This individual will act as a liaison between the customer and the technicians, ensuring all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, base plus commission position in the automotive industry located in Pryor, Oklahoma.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this role is $4500 to $5500 per month, paid semi-monthly. This position offers commission opportunities based on performance. The benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate diagnostic recommendations to customers
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
- Communicate with technicians and provide updates to customers on vehicle status and repair costs
- Provide estimates for repair costs and obtain customer approval for services
- Maintain and update customer records and ensure accuracy of all service transactions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to promote and up-sell additional services and products to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of automotive technology and repair processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including  rotating weekends

-One year of Dealership experience as a Advisor is required
