What You’ll Do:

As an Express Lube Advisor, you’ll be the first impression and the trusted voice between our customers and technicians. You’ll:

• Greet every guest with professionalism and warmth
• Listen actively and identify their service needs
• Clearly communicate recommendations and solutions
• Ensure every customer leaves with confidence and satisfaction
