Express Maintenance Service Advisor

We have a rare and immediate opportunity to add to our award-winning dealership family. We are looking for an experienced, Express Maintenance Service Advisor to join our Service Department.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and document customer concerns on repair orders


• Interview customers about concerns they have with their vehicle


• Sell repair work needed based off Technician and menu recommendations, along with customer’s scheduled maintenance needs


• Stay in communication with customer as repair work is being completed


• Deliver completed vehicle to customer with full explanation of completed work and any additional recommendations


• Resolve customer concerns

Qualifications

• Automotive experience required


• Weekend availability


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Strong organizational skills


• Patience in problem-solving scenarios


• Proficient with technology, texting applications, etc.


• Experience with Tekion a plus!
