Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 / year (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Champion: Greet owners on the drive line, oversee lane flow, and provide concierge-level support in person and over the phone.


• Communication Link: Clearly explain the repair process to vehicle owners and ensure a positive, transparent experience.


• Workflow Coordinator: Manage technician schedules to efficiently distribute work and maximize daily shop capacity.
