Exterior Cleaning Technician Pressure Washing, Windows & Roofs

Most of this job is outdoors. All of it is detail work.

We clean the outside (and some of the inside) of Jacksonville's nicest homes — pressure

washing, window cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and chandelier and coach light

cleaning.

Here's the part most job ads leave out: the homeowner is usually standing right there when

you finish. They walk the property with you. They look at the corners. They notice the one

window with a streak in it.

That's the standard. Every service we perform is a detail clean, not a quick pass. If you're the

kind of person who steps back, spots the spot everyone else would have walked past, and goes

back for it — you'll do well here and you'll move up fast.

If you'd rather knock it out and move on, this isn't the right fit, and we'd rather tell you now.

What your day actually looks like

 Arrive at a home, introduce yourself to the customer, and walk the property with them

 Set up ladders — step and extension — and get up on roofs to clean tile, shingle, and

metal

 Pressure wash driveways, walkways, pool decks, siding, and screen enclosures

 Clean windows inside and out, including interior chandeliers and light fixtures

 Clear and flush gutters

 Work outdoors in Jacksonville heat, humidity, and sun for most of the day

 Do a final walkthrough with the customer and make sure they're genuinely happy before

you leave

Most jobs are high-end residential. Occasionally you'll be on an apartment complex or a

commercial property.

Who does well in this role

 You take pride in a finished result. You notice details other people miss, and it bothers

you to leave something half-right.

 You're comfortable talking to people. You'll be in and around customers' homes all

day. Being polite, clean-cut, and easy to talk to matters as much as your technical work.

 You want to be moving. You're on your feet, on ladders, and on roofs. Sitting still all

day would drive you crazy.

 You're dependable. You show up on time, every day, ready to work.

 You're trustworthy. You'll be inside people's homes and around their property.

 You want to learn a trade. We teach you everything — you bring the work ethic and the

eye for detail.

Requirements

 Valid drivers license and a clean driving record

 Able to pass a background check and drug screen

 Comfortable working at heights and on roofs

 Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, climb and set ladders, and stand, bend, kneel, and

reach throughout the workday

 Able to work outdoors in all Florida weather

 Reliable transportation to our Jacksonville shop each morning

No prior experience required. We train you fully, and we pay you while we do.

Experience in exterior cleaning, window cleaning, landscaping, lawn care, painting, roofing, or

construction is a plus — mostly because it means you already know you like working outside.

Pay & Benefits

 $18–$24/hour. Starts at $18 during training; you move up as you develop skills and take

on more responsibility.
