The manager will oversee the day to day activities for the Master Planning Integration (MPI) Organization on the F-35 program supporting both baseline contract execution as well as change activity, inclusive of Major A/B change requests and Proposals.\n\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\n * Build and maintain a highly motivated and engaged team of planning professionals\n\n * Provide direct leadership with independent assessments to the Planning \u0026 Integration AND Master Planning managers of the organization\n\n * Accountable to meet or exceed the planning expectations across all the Operating Units (OUs) of the program\n\n * Sustain and improve MPI tools, artifacts, process documentation, and procedures\n\n * Strengthen the organization through develop and deploy strategies, coaching and personnel development, intense focus and ownership of leadership, and ensure discipline and continuous improvement measures\n\n * Interact on a daily basis with program leadership and support functions to achieve program and planning goals\n\n * Maintain prioritization of MPI and functional teams are aligned to program needs\n\n * Ensuring all output is timely, accurate, and coordinated with relevant stakeholders\n\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelors degree and 8 years of related experience as defined below OR a Masters degree and 6 years of related experience as defined below\n\n * Related experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, quality, program management, business management, global supply chain, engineering, contracts management capture efforts, and/or business management related functions\n\n * Must have a minimum of 4 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects\n\n * Must have scheduling or planning experience in Lines of Balance or a similar practice experiences\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor of Science Degree in a STEM field\n\n * Scheduling experience (Lines of Balances, Integrated Master Schedules)\n\n * Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry\n\n * Program execution and Functional Management Experience\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $159,500.00 - $239,300.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
