Fabrication Leadman

We’re looking for a hands-on Fabrication Leadman who still enjoys welding and building but is ready to lead and mentor a small team.

If you’re the type who likes getting your hands dirty, solving problems, and helping others improve their skills, this is the job for you.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of fabricators and welders


• Stay hands-on with welding and fabrication work


• Read blueprints and help keep projects on track


• Mentor and train newer employees


• Help maintain quality and shop efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Strong fabrication and welding experience


• Ability to read prints


• Leadership mindset and positive attitude


• Pride in quality work
