Fabricator/Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Fabricators / Welders for projects located in or around Enumclaw, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $33-$38/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

• Fabricating steel and stainless steel components from architectural plans
• Welding parts using hard wire and dual-shield processes
• Reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and drawings
• Layouting, measuring, and marking dimensions on raw materials
• Cutting, grinding, and preparing materials for assembly
• Drilling holes and machining parts to exact specifications
• Assembling structural components with high precision

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of steel and stainless steel fabrication experience
• Must be proficient in hard wire and dual-shield welding techniques
• Must have strong blueprint reading and structural layout skills
• Must have solid understanding of fabrication mathematics and measurements
• Must have sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
