Job Description:
Title: Facilitator
Classification: Non-Exempt
Salary: $46,000-48,000/year
Scope of Position: Provide guidance and coaching to jobseekers through workshops and similar engagements. Engage participants in online and technology-based learning, as well as provide user management, tracking and reporting, and support curriculum enhancements and improvements.
Essential Functions
- Facilitate orientation sessions, workshops, and group learning activities to support participant engagement, skill development, and program success
- Create and maintain an engaging workshop environment by establishing clear expectations, promoting client accountability, implementing curriculum-based instruction, and adapting to diverse learning styles and strengths
- Model positive, professional, and culturally competent behavior through effective communication, respectful interactions, and pro-social engagement with clients, staff, and community partners
- Assist customers with online course registration, navigation of virtual learning platforms, and troubleshooting technical issues to support successful participation and completion
- Document customer services and track participation, online program usage, and in-person attendance
- Update and maintain online training guides, website content, and digital learning resources to ensure information remains accurate, accessible, and aligned with program objectives
- Develop and enhance training materials, manuals, assessments, training matrices, and other instructional aids to support effective learning and participant engagement
- Recommend technical enhancements and additional training matrices to strengthen and improve current curricula

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma required; associate degree or some college preferred
- Experience developing and formatting resumes; Certified Professional Resume Writer credential is a plus
- Experience in e-learning design and utilizing technology related resources to foster learning
- Experience in training, education, or career development
- Able to interact with a wide variety of individuals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining flexibility to meet contract and operational needs
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment
- Clean driving record, valid Driver’s License, and reliable vehicle required
