Facilities & Maintenance Technician

Function:

The Facilities & Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintenance of HVAC filters. This role also supports building janitorial duties and assisting the Facilities team as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to work as part a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions as well as working independently


• Ability to pass DOT drug screening


• Maintain and replace HVAC filters


• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional work environment


• Perform additional duties as assigned

Skill/Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma


• Valid driver's license required; must be able to safely operate Company vehicles


• Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Ability to communicate clearly and adapt to a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Physical Working Conditions:

• Ability to safely perform hands-on maintenance tasks


• Ability to work indoors and outdoors and in positions requiring standing, bending, reaching, climbing, or working in difficult areas and in various temperatures and outdoor weather conditions


• Comfortable with heights
