Facilities Assistant- Honda North - ICL Autos

Honda North, An International Cars, Ltd., Inc. Company, is seeking a Part Time Facilities Assistant. A Facilities Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of a building or facility. The role often includes a mix of manual labor, administrative tasks, and coordination with other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of the building and facilities to identify repair needs.


• Conduct routine checks of safety systems, such as fire alarms and extinguishers.


• Address potential hazards promptly and ensure compliance with safety regulations


• Respond to facility-related emergencies, such as leaks, power outages, or equipment malfunctions


• Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude


• Flexible schedule


• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
