Rate: $40/hr -$43/hr on W2

Job Summary
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth facility operations by coordinating vendors, maintaining operational tracking systems, and improving internal facility processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong facilities background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage vendor activity, documentation, and operational workflows in a fast -paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with managing daily facility operations and maintenance activities
• Coordinate and liaise with onsite vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Create, manage, and maintain tracking logs for vendor activity and facility operations
• Organize and streamline internal facility folders, documentation, and operational processes
• Monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, and service requests
• Maintain accurate records and ensure facility documentation remains up to date
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and building management
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
• Capable of building and maintaining facilities and operations tracking systems
• 5–10 years of experience in facilities operations
• Certification in Facility Management preferred
• Experience supporting corporate office environments
