• To be successful in this role you need well rounded experience supporting residential and/or commercial buildings including but not limited to:
  • Appliance installation and trouble-shooting
  • Carpentry
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Janitorial
  • HVAC Systems
  • Routine maintenance and repair
  • Safety

• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience is required
• Willingness to undertake training if necessary.
