Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Inland Empire, CA (Multiple Clinic Locations - Yucaipa, Moreno Valley, Colton, Norco, Riverside, Hemet, Redlands)

Position Type: Part-Time - Approximately 25 Hrs/week

Hourly Range: $25-$30

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and daily maintenance of our multi-site urgent care clinics. This role is essential in ensuring our facilities remain safe, clean, functional, and welcoming for patients and staff. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to work independently across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building and facility maintenance across clinic locations
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fixture replacements)
• Perform basic electrical work (outlet replacement, bulb replacement, lighting repairs, troubleshooting)
• Complete basic carpentry repairs and installations
• Painting and touch-up work for walls, doors, trim, and exterior surfaces
• Pressure washing of walkways, building exteriors, and common areas
• Repair drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and doors as needed
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Respond to urgent repair requests in a timely manner
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory
• Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with facility standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in general maintenance or facilities repair
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
• Painting and surface repair experience
• Pressure washing experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repair work independently
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to travel between multiple locations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in healthcare, commercial, or multi-site facility maintenance
• HVAC knowledge is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
