Compensation\: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $90,200 to $135,500 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement\: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our contribution equal to 5% of your eligible pay.
Paid Time Off or Vacation\: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of the corporate headquarters. This role oversees facility operations, workplace services, vendor management, space planning, budget administration, emergency preparedness programs, and workplace communications. The Facilities Manager serves as a key liaison between employees, building management, vendors, Corporate Security, and leadership to ensure a high-quality workplace experience and support business operations. This role helps create and maintain an environment that reflects those values and supports employee engagement, collaboration, and well-being. This role will sit out of our Seattle HQ office and will be expected to be in the office 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
