Find yourself in work that matters.

Experience Frasier.

What You Will Do

You may be repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry systems, assisting with resident moves and community events, helping with snow and ice removal, or supporting grounds maintenance and special projects. You'll work closely with residents and colleagues across campus, providing excellent service while helping ensure our community remains a place people are proud to call home.

What You Will Earn

Pay Range: $24.30-$30.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 2:00 pm-10:30 pm with on-call rotation

  • General knowledge of carpentry, painting, light electrical, and plumbing.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.

  • Ability to operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, and technical documents.

  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and work order systems.

You Will be a Great Fit

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve maintenance issues independently.

  • A proactive approach and take pride in keeping facilities safe, clean, and well maintained.

  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional, courteous attitude.

  • The ability to build positive relationships with residents, team members, and visitors.

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail when documenting work and providing updates.

  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team wherever needed.
