Facility Attendant- Wilmer Hutchins Stadium (260 Days)

•    Assumes the duties and responsibilities of Lead Facility Attendant in their absence, to include maintenance work orders, documentation, emergency situations, and inspections
•    Supervisor assigned staff to the facility in maintaining housekeeping of the facility and adjacent grounds
•    Operates HVAC equipment for environmental comfort according to established guidelines and directives, perform all operator inspections, and maintain operator log sheets
•    Assists in inspection of the facility and adjacent grounds for security, vandalism, safety hazards, housekeeping and makes reports to the appropriate personnel
•    Complete and submit all operating, accident, and emergency rescue reports to provide accountability of operations in CMMS and to correct department
•    Maintain adequate supply inventory
•    Follow the facility cleaning schedules and performs housekeeping in the assigned work section using approved housekeeping methods and acceptable standards
•    Provide outstanding customer services to our students and the general public
•    Comply with District policies and procedures
•    Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned
•    All federally funded incumbents of this position must comply with time and effort reporting requirements through personnel activity reports or periodic certification, as appropriate

•    Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A. equivalency)
•    Two (2) years of job-related training equivalent to one (1) year of technical training
•    Minimum two (2) years of related experience
•    Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC equipment operation, housekeeping cleaning procedures, and custodial equipment
•    Advanced HVAC/MEP preferred
•    Demonstrated organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required to achieve the goals of the position
