We’re looking for enthusiastic Property Maintenance team members to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Job Description:

As a Property Maintenance team member, you will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and organization of our park facilities. Your responsibilities will contribute to creating an enjoyable experience for guests by maintaining clean grounds, restrooms, and park buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, walkways, common areas, and park grounds, including trash and litter removal.
• Clean and mop spills promptly to prevent safety hazards, including vomit and pathogens.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, battery replacements, and minor plumbing repairs.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Maintain proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures, following safety guidelines.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure the park is in top condition for guests.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Positive attitude with good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Previous experience in maintenance or cleaning is preferred but not required.
