In this role, you’ll support facility operations across the entire property, from routine system checks and minor repairs to assisting with machine shop equipment and special projects. Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine building system checks and assist with preventative maintenance activities
  • Complete minor repairs across facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and general upkeep
  • Assist with maintenance and operation of machine shop equipment, including setup and preventative maintenance
  • Help design, fabricate, and repair production tooling and machining fixtures
  • Coordinate with external vendors to maintain building systems and required certifications (fire systems, sprinkler systems, etc.)
  • Maintain inventory of facility and maintenance supplies such as filters, light bulbs, and janitorial materials
  
  

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
  

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Working knowledge of facility systems and basic maintenance procedures
  • Hands-on experience with construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams across the organization
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
