Facility Maintenance Workers-Merchant Wharf LLC- SEASONAL POSTION

Job duties: Perform daily cleaning tasks at commercial buildings, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors, and cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas; Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are stocked; Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal, including recycling where applicable; Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to maintain a polished appearance; Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or plumbing problems, to the facility manager; Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment in compliance with safety standards; Respond to cleaning emergencies or spills promptly to maintain a safe environment; Assist with minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs; and Follow safety protocols and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with staff or customers.

Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently, standing for long periods, walking for long periods, and reaching above his or her head repeatedly.
