Job Description - Facility Operations Specialist Europe/Pacific

PENDING CONTRACT AWARD

Role Summary

Provides expert facilities operations and process optimization support to DHA HQ and AOR leadership, focusing on improving DMLSS/LogiCole FM utilization and data alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct facility management process reviews and workflow analyses

Develop flowcharts, Gantt charts, and improvement models

Support project requirements alignment and lifecycle planning

Advise on equipment condition, service life, and sustainment strategies

Qualifications

Facilities operations or engineering background

Experience with facilities data systems and process improvement methods
