Introducing an exciting teaching opportunity for a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician in an academic medical center located in Hartford, CT, one of the most desirable regions in the country to live and with one of the most renowned teaching hospitals in the region.

Faculty Position Details:

·        Role\: Faculty position in Outpatient Academic Practice with UCONN Internal Medicine Residents

·        Location\: Hartford, CT

·        Setting\: Hartford Region, 100% Academic Clinic-based, outpatient internal medicine working with our residents in the community health clinic

·        Schedule:  Full-time (10 hours per week leadership, 30 hours per week faculty practice)

·        Phone Call Only\: back-up resident coverage only

·        Other compensation\: Guaranteed base salary, Loan repayment support, Sign-on bonus, Relocation stipend

Faculty Practice Scope\: (100%):

·        Outpatient internal medicine working with our residents in the community health clinic

·        Opportunity to integrate education of residents and quality improvement initiatives into clinical shifts

·        Professional development in academics, research or advanced leadership in a thriving hospital system
