Position Summary: 
Coordinates services and provides parent-to-parent support for families with school-aged children targeted as at-risk, in environments such as those where positive attendance can be accomplished. Serves as a communications liaison between families, community agencies, and the school for policies, conduct, positive attendance, and student assistance.

Employee Type: Full-Time
Salary: $22.11 - $29.22 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on relevant experience.
Location: Morey
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).

Education and Experience: 
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience working with students and parents in an instructional or social service setting. Additional higher education in a social science is preferred and may substitute for some experience. Requires competency in a second language.

Licenses and Certifications: 
Requires a valid driver’s license.
