Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Drafting pleadings (e.g., Petitions, Motions, DRFAs, Child Support Worksheets)

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing and responding to discovery, including inserting appropriate objections

  
  


• 
  

  Managing litigation calendars and tracking deadlines

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing files and clients for mediation, hearings, and trial

  
  


• 
  

  Assembling trial binders and final orders

  
  


• 
  

  Performing legal research and drafting

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinating virtual hearings and mediations (Zoom, WebEx, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  E-filing documents through platforms such as Odyssey and PeachCourt

  
  

Ideal Candidate:

• 
  

  Experienced: Minimum of 5+ years in Georgia family law litigation

  Proactive: Able to work independently and anticipate case needs without hand-holding
